Development Opportunity - Shooting Fundamentals - U10 & U12 Girls And Boys

The Halifax Hurricanes are excited to offer "Shooting Fundamentals" as a development opportunity for U10/U12 Girls and Boys on Sunday February 1st at St. Andrew's Community Centre. This one day event will focus on various fundamentals with shooting, including:

- footwork

- form

- balance

- shooting off the catch

- shooting off the dribble

- shooting on the move

- small competitive shooting games.

All levels of experience are welcomed, and the day will be a combination of group work and small stations. 

The session is located at St. Andrew's Community Centre

- U10 Girls and Boys 3:30-4:30 PM ($10 to register)

- U12 Girls and Boys 4:30-5:45 PM ($15 to register)
